"When my current insurance company drastically increased my premiums, I reached out to Richard Skipper - State Farm Agency to get a quote in hopes of obtaining a new policy at a lower and reasonable rate. Mr. Chuck Wardlaw was the representative who assisted me through this process. Mr. Wardlaw was fantastic throughout the entire duration. Almost instantly, he provided me with a few different policy options and broke down what he thought would work best for my preferences and financial needs. The options Mr. Wardlaw provided me had a lower deductible, higher coverage, and were cheaper than what my current insurance policy is providing to me. He directed me on how to cancel my current insurance plan to avoid having a lapse in coverage, or paying unnecessary costs / fees. After selecting my plan, he set up my account and emailed everything to me to sign just a few moments later. I am very happy to have chosen Richard Skipper - State Farm and recommend anyone who is shopping around for new insurance to contact their agency.
